Yesterday at about 6:15pm heard my name bellowed out on Queen Victoria Street, and there waving his arms was Dancing James, performing free bike checks.

I gave him a skid, he gave me new brake blocks (v. squeaky!) and some chain lubrication.

I missed that - where abouts was he as I work on QVS and not seen any of the bike checks around here
