• **Holdsworth [CB] badged road path frame-Sold to minty24 pending full payment.....so thread is now closed.
    **
    TT[C2C] =57cm ST[C2T]=58cm

    No dings or dents.....paintwork is old with some white paint on the frame....i believe this was done accidentally.....would benefit from a rub down....some would leave it as it is...some might respray it....forks are round but set ina cast and very strong crown

    Frame is drilled front and rear.....the BB is knackered and it needs a new headset...got my LBS to retap the fork threads.

    It is 531 plain gauge with MG eyes front and rear.

    I think it is late 1960 or early 1970s...looking at catalogues...yet the decals say between 1977 and 1982......but the CB/Holdsworth catalogues say otherwise.....unless it was lying in the factory and was either finished between 1977 -1982 or repainted and redecaled.....either way it is a bit of history....comes with a metal headbadge...probably the original

    The frame number is: 014956

  • Lovely, would make a gorgeous vintage rat bike as it is...

  • The previous owner rather carelessly spayed bit of the frame with white paint...but believe me this frame is solid.

  • Any chance of getting a closer look at the BB area?

  • OK....take a couple of pics now...there is a BB that needs to be discarded.
