I have a reynolds 631 Condor frame that fits the bill, with mudguard clearances and a few other bits if your short of components.

Sure is. Like most pre-1980s bikes, 630 wheels as opposed to 622 wheels.
Longer reach calipers may therefore be required. -

Claude Butler Olympic Sprint...TT=58cm......Holdsworth badged CB...the decal come from the 1977-82 period but i would say the frame is from the 1960s and was resprayed by Holdsworthy in the 1970s or early 1980s......it is very solid.....in fact it is a road/path frame......track ends but with mudguard eyes.
No dents or dings....pain has seen better days....i just had the threads on the forks retapped and they are fine.....531 plain gauge........happily send you pics.
