In other news, I weighed myself today and somehow I have lost around 8-10kg in bodyweight since the last time I checked. This is puzzling as I have been eating well, even if training has been inconsistent due to injury recovery. The annoying thing is that is must be all muscle mass as belly is still the same size - lol
