Which Groupset?

I was convinced this would be impossible but I've never had any problem, can do it totally naturally. Maybe I just have long thumbs.

I have tiny hands. But this has never been an issue for me. I think thats down to lever position and bar shape. Campact bar + plus flat hood position, gives easy access to the lever from the drops.

I find it depends on where you hold the drops, you need to hold them right up in the curve to have access to the thumb shifter. But I do love how easy it is to shift more than 1 gear at a time.
