  • Is there anyone in your gym who could show you, do any of the PT's look like they know what their doing?!? (can be a minefield, as many of the PT's in commerical gyms dont know their arse from their elbow).

    Probably best you start with Romanian Deadlift.

    Also don't do both front and back squats.

    One session in the week instead of back squats, lower your weight say just the bar (20kgs).

    Go nice and deep.

    Use this hold.
