    Also you need up sleep. 8hrs min.

    Thanks all sounds like sound advice. Front squats sound interesting may add them in to (my already squat heavy) routine.

    Deadlifts I'm still finding it hard to find form, think this is because the weight I'm lifting is maybe too low?
