    Apparently*, even with an otherwise balanced diet, good general health and wellbeing, massive sugar / insulin spikes are still contributory to adult onset insulin insensitivity.

    • I sort of knew this, but happily ignored it, cos percy pigs, fizzy drinks and ice cream are gooood.
