  • Wish that PUA guy hadn't been run off the forum now :( Would have loved to have witnessed his thirsty man's game.

  • PUA guy?

  • it was cockrings and dildos last night.

FFS. The one night I figure I can give the bike chat a miss and you have all the fun conversations instead!

  • Iain

(I dont even know what a PUA is... But it sounds bad.)

  • unless youre calling my game a man's game and that i got it

  • push up arms.?!?

  • I've been picked up by cb before. it's what his arms are good for.

  • My arms are naturally perky, no push up needed

  • You have the arms of an 18 year old. Perky to the extreme.

  • Iain's only perky because of all the brotox*

  • My friend asked me if I could introduce her to "nice single men" so I told her that she should come to the Roebuck next week.

Is that a brief of the Trades Description Act or the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive?

    There is a whole thread

    UTFS

  • Was he specifically interested in Cool Single Guys, though?

That's what I was promised, and how I discovered that Dan's a lying bastard.

Multiple breaches of the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Section 13 - Sale by description.
Where there is a contract for the sale of goods by description, there is an implied that the goods will correspond with the description.

    Section 14.2
Where the seller sells goods in the course of a business, there is an implied term that the goods supplied under the contract are of satisfactory quality.

    Most importantly Section 14.2b

For the purposes of this Act, the quality of goods includes their state and condition and the following (among others) are in appropriate cases aspects of the quality of goods—
(a)fitness for all the purposes for which goods of the kind in question are commonly supplied,
    (b)appearance and finish,
    (c)freedom from minor defects,
    (d)safety, and
    (e)durability.

Item d is probably relevant in ChainBreakers case also.

    TW2 to confirm.

  • My friend is a lawyer. Shes going to hand me my arse on a plate.

  • Has any money been exchanged for the advice? If not you may be OK.

  • Has she met HairyChris?!

  • I think this bears posting in here as well as in the lookey likes thread.

dan has a doppelganger and he's more awesome than dan could ever hope to be...

just saw this on imgur... not a celebrity but wth.

    Stonehedge:

    Internet person:

  • Really?

  • he is the spit of you mate.

btw that's not shit in dan's hand people it's jerk sauce.

  • I could never grow hair as good as that. On my head or my belly.

  • Most importantly Section 14.2b

    TW2 to confirm.

I would argue that every one of those points is a breach

  • My friend is a lawyer. Shes going to hand me my arse on a plate.

Does she know Latin? Just say 'caveat emptor'. Absolute legal immunity in my expert legal opinion.

  • Allegedly
