Cheers, they're mainly from Belgrade (Castle is in Ecka and sunflowers are bloody everywhere)...
The building with the busted windows is the Federal Police building just across from the Yugoslav Army Headquarters that were both severely damaged during the NATO bombings on the 29th April 1999.
