Passed a rider down around 8.10am where Leyton High Road meets Lea Bridge Road at the crossroads. Large garbage truck involved. It seemed to have been turning right into Leyton High Road and was stationary half way across the other lane when I arrived. Ambulance was in attendance and cyclist being stretchered away.
