Have an ENO eccentric hub double fixed so you could run freewheel on one side. If interested PM for further info Wheel is black deep V, unstickered.

more suited to someone with vertical drops I'm after gears over single speed/fixed.

I imagine you wouldn't have waited around THIS long to get back in the saddle, but in case you were still in the market - I have a s3x, black (currently mounted on gold deep v velocity, with black dt swiss spokes - but up for potentially splitting) will check it's 120mm, but fairly sure it is.
I've got the matching front hub, black too, laced to the same set up.
It works pretty well as a geared system, I used it for a month while I was up in scotland (the reason I built it up in the first place!) but now I've had to move back to London for work so it's not really as much use here - alas!
Took a few rides to get properly set up and adjusted, but worked smoothly.
dr orders :( until I get sort my patella tendinitis and patellar chondromalacia get's sorted. So I need gears on a track frame.
s2c works since I can't mount a rear brake.
