    But in reality the cost will likely exceed that of a new frame.

    I would recommend going to Ryan at Oak and basically getting a new frame made and then taking everything off the existing frame and moving it all over.

    By having a frame made, you can closely replicate the existing one (if you wanted) and ensure that you don't encounter compatibility issues with the parts you move over.

    You wouldn't even need the forks made again... just the frame. Could well be a reasonably priced and swift exercise.

    Either repair it, suck up the cost and try and bask in the warm glow of keeping a loved frame on the road, or do the above and mount your broken frame on the wall as a reminder of fun times.
