Wiggins won't be riding. Sky's leader is likely to be Segio Henao, given Uran's expected departure to OPQS.
Nibali claims to be riding for the win, and he has 2 weeks to recover in time for the Worlds, so I see no reason to doubt him. He'll likely be Rodriguez's main opposition.
The course though, is pants. That many uphill finishes is just ridiculous.
