"Instructions as promised, any problems give us a call.
First thing to do is to wrap a piece of aluminium sheet around both grip
nuts, hold with pliers on the M12 x 1 thread. Remove the spacer behind the
grip nut and also remove the shield if you are working on the non drive
side. Now wrap the piece of aluminium that you had around the grip nut
around the spindle and repeat the above process to remove the other grip
nut.
