I've search and failed looking on the interwebz for a NTNOCN sketch where Mel Smith dressed as a copper walks into a shop and on his radio, you hear something like..
Charlie, Alpha, Foxtrot, Tango, Kitkat and a packet of cheese and onion crisps.. Copy that, over.
