Good Points:
Nice looking, if a bit tatty, bike.
Pretty relaxed geometry.
Sachs Driegang (three speed) hub with coaster brake.
Weinmann 'Symetric' front brake.
Choice of saddles, selle italia black and white and a brown pleather sprung one.
Bad Points:
I removed one cotter pin that was fitted badly but haven't even tried to remove the other as it is pretty deep and I don't want to wreck th bb hammering it.
I don't think the rear tube holds air very well, I have a spare inner tube and a spare front tyre as well since the front is a bit perished.
I do not know if the rear hub gears work, these thing are normally pretty robust so you could put a new linkage and cable in and it be fine, but the reverse is also true.
There is quite a lot of scratches and rust but no dents or cracks.
I haven't had the time to get round to this but a bit of work and this could be a pretty fun little beater.
I'm looking for £40 ono, I'm sure I will be told if this is too much.
I would also be interested in a swap + money for a nice-ish, daily ride ss, frameset.
I'm in east London.
Will include forum donation.
