Yeah, I'd agree with that. 6 teams, 1 court would probably work better.
We don't really have any courts in the UK of the style you suggest, we need roller hockey courts for that.
Leipzig would be an excellent option for it. Big rollerhockey court, two bench areas, proper scoreboard, etc...
