I do need a bike fit. Any recommendation for a London based one which is reasonably priced?
Stretching is for flexible people. I'm not flexible.
Fibre-lyte track chainrings are £125 so I'll hold off until I get some Sugino 75 in black then get a 49T one as these aero ones are made to measure are not interchangeable.
