I have a drilled chrome flat crown with de rosa and the heart logo panto. Not sure it'll be long enough for a 58 frame though. I got it to put on my 1970 pista but I've decided against putting her on the road. It was too short. Had a quote of £40 to put a longer steerer in and it would destroy the chroming, so that would be another £50 to re chrome.
Let me know the length needed, you never know
