Fixed Super Light Super Safe

It was double locked to what I thought was a secure bike stand. Turns out the just had to unscrew the bolts holding it to the concrete slab. Not sure why it's designed like that.
Neil it looks exactly like that. The other lock was a krypto with not a mm of space through frame and front wheel. It's the reason the ingeniously just unscrewed the bolts.

Iain, do you know who errected the bike stand? Whether it is a council owned one or one on private property you should contact the owner and let them know that the facilities they have invested in are not fit for purpose. Itwon't help you get it back but could stop somone else going through a similar ordeal.
