For Sale: Beater bike 53cm

Hi all,

selling this for a friend, in the process of building something new so this has to go!

Does ride very very nice considering most of the parts where brand new not long ago. If you where to rub it down and re-paint or powder-coat this would look sweet. Since the last pic, mudguards have been removed and a centre-pull brake has been added. I did tinker with a disc wheel so wheel provided had expanding foam still on it, but this could be removed easily with some strong solvent.

I've checked this frame internally for rust and there is none to be seen, alignment is perfect plus no dents, a shit load of scratches from being locked up and used. Stem is little loose, even when you tighten it but still good to ride. You only notice when you put the wheel between your legs and move the bars.

In all honesty mate it'd be a tank of fuel! Off-peak you can get to Leicester on the train pretty cheaply.

Well the time and money it takes, i might as well pay for posting then.
I just thought that you or someone else might be comin round here, and that could simplify things - for me.
