  • Celeste with lots of chrome......just bought a TI-Raleigh track frame and one in one out principle applies

Bought from TM and in excellent condition......frame includes a Cane Creek Headset and a no-name stem and an UNO seatpost.

English threaded BB....in case you don't want the SR Royal on offer.

**£240 posted for the frame and forks **

£270 posted for f&f and SR Royal 106mm BB ISO tapers [ideal for Miche].....new bearings [ABEC 10] and has a plastic sleeve to protect the bearings.....i have a few spare bearings [unused] that the buyer can have.

I bought a set of Nitto B127 NJS bars [40 cm] which are not comfortable but are in excellent condition and very shiny...made from Cro-Mo.....so would include with the frame for £35 extra....cost me £45.....so either £275 or £310 depending if the BB is bought as well...

    i will split...BB=£35 posted and Bars=£40 posted

  • Picture of the BB [courtesy of dmczone from whom it was purchased].

Pic of B127 bars to follow tomorrow.

  • here is a library pic of the bars....mine are not much different.

Some info on the bars...they are anatomic

    plus

    •Bar Clamp Diameter: 25.4 mm
    •Bar Reach: 108 mm
    •Bar Drop: 170 mm

The brake lever i have used is a Paul cross lever with a Paul shim

  • How about this for an offer-Everything....frame, forks, headset, stem, BB, seatpost and bars, a saddle and a 17T Velosolo 3/32'' fixed gear sprocket for £275 including postage.

  • **OK....a variation on the above offer.

As above still £275......or everything except the bb would be.....,£250 posted.....even chuck in a set of road cranks and some rings....arms don't match.....rh=SR and lh=Thin but both arms are 170mm......cranks/rings are free with the frame......can also include a saddle.**

  • Some more pics of the frame:

  • Hi,
any other bad marks on frame other than the 2nd bottom pic?

    cheers

No bad marks.....some grease marks...a few little scratches....one on the top of the down tube....about 1mm......these pics were from the previous owner.......I will give the frame a good wash before posting......frame just been stripped down......overall it is a very clean frame but not 100% perfect.....slight and I do mean slight imperfections......but the price reflects that.

  • Sounds good but, I don't think i'll need BB as of now, nor sprocket, saddle or road cranks.

So how much would everything else be?

  • Dibs btw!

Tom...no i didn't...sorry....but the TI Raleigh frame is iconic to let slip....again!!.....my LBS is the late 1970s had racks of Ilkeston 531 and 753 frames....a 531SL frameset would have set you back £199....531DB was somewhere about £125 and 753 was about £300......and i missed out as i bought a custom frame built by EG Bates that was too large for me!

Anyway.....sold in its entirety to pauliepie...so thread closed
