Wanted: Wanted: quill stem converter, downtube cable stops and shimano left hand crank arm

If anybody could help me out before I pay wiggle prices that would be great, I am looking for a build I am looking to get done in the next few days:

• A quill to ahead stem converter, for a threaded 1 inch to unthreaded 1 1/8th
  
• Downtube cable stops (go where the downtube shifters would go)
  
• An silver shimano 175mm external left hand crank
