I saw a women once who had such an awful limp. She wasn't hiding it and chose to brazenly shuffle past me in broad daylight. It was a) really 'in ur face', b) overly emphasised and c) painfully flatfooted.
Have always been able to walk normally (and run perfectly too) and this watching this women throw one leg clumsily and awkwardly in front of the other was just like having a nail slowly hammered into my head.
