Any question answered...

I'm pondering one of these http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/product/47094/Genesis_iO_ID_Alfine_8_2012_Bike as a winter bike/light offroader.

Was originally planning on building up an Inbred with Alfine but this looks like less hassle, anyone any experience of these? I couldn't find anything on the search (well not quite true, searching for Genesis IO brought up about a hundred threads). Is it worth paying an extra £100 for the 11 speed?

I love my genesis dayone with alfine 8, if that's anything to go on.

Iirc, the 11 doesn't give much more range, mostly reduces the jumps between gears. I don't think it's worth it.
