Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Maybe it'll be one of those things where there's an unconscious cultural shift. I still see plenty of riders stopping at red lights - more than a few years ago, which I'm guessing means it's roughly the same percentage, but of a larger whole. Due to the finite space at the front of the queue (which seems to be where the majority of non-RLJers gravitate toward), there'll come a point where as well as being highly conspicuous, they'll also make it very difficult to find the space through which to jump the lights. A sort of domino effect might ensue (I'm not talking about toppling over everyone who's waiting!).

The game's changed now, so most of the pro-RLJ rhetoric is anachronistic.

Theres just so many people on bikes, only the stupidest think their actions dont affect everyone else.
