An idiot cycling while on the phone, that in itself is not smart but a minor annoyance, goes on toe float into a 5 lane junction, turns left into a junction where I near got spluttered twice by left-turning cars, w/o looking, jumps the red pedestrian light, goes out into next lane without shoulder checking while STILL on the phone.
Wanted to slap him so hard. Illegal though.
