• Acquired a new frameset that will match another bike (http://www.lfgss.com/thread78569.html), so a new project thread is necessary.
First impression about the frame was that it is very light. Still, it has some small superficial rusty spots on the right chainstay. This issue is minimal, so I will deal with it later.

    Plans for the future:
    Mixed Campagnolo group:

    • Record cranks, mechs, headset
    • Daytona levers
    • Delta brakes
Later the brifters and brakes will be changed to carbon STIs and 2000's Record calipers to keep the continuity, solidity of the parts.
Deltas and Daytona brifters will abandon this bike and move on to the next project

    Wheels:

    • Gipiemme Tecno 416 (poor man's Shamals)

  • That's nice, would love to take a peek at the Battaglin.
As a matter of fact, actually yes, I did finish the road version and now am working on the TT bike.
Got a few pics of the road one, although not the best quality..

  • In terms of aerodynamics, shouldn't that head tube be the other way round and point to the rear? Currently it has no affect because there would be the same turbulence created in the wake.

  • Your supposed to ride these backwards

  • Hello would you like to sale that pinarello aero TT or pista frame?
