• Hi all - am reluctantly selling this 90's Bianchi which I bought last week. Rides like a dream, but just a cm or two too big for me (I'm just under 5'11). Pretty gutted as it's perfect apart from that.

It's quiet, shifts perfectly and just feels great - I can ride it comfortably but would probably suit someone who's 6' or more. It's also much lighter than I'd thought, and has clearly been well looked after. It has a few scuffs as you'd expect from a bike that's been taken care of for a few years.

The frame is 7005 aluminium ands the forks are Cr-MO. Its a Campagnolo Avanti group set throughout except for the front derailleur which is Veloce.

The cassette is an 8 speed giving 16 gears in all. The two changes from the original spec are that it has a Specialized saddle instead of a Selle, and the ITM stem has been replaced by an adjustable one by Richey so that you can get your riding position more suitably set up for you

Images attached (check out the detail on the brake levers etc.) and also show the only spot of rust that I can see. Selling it for £285, which is exactly what I paid for it (minus delivery).

I'm in Brixton/Clapham, and work in Soho if anyone wants to take it for a spin.

If anyone's interested, wants to see more pics or take it for a test, let me know.

    Thanks,

    Luke

  • Looks decent spec for the price.

  • I've been off the roads for a year now after my last one got stolen but keen to get back in the game. This looks like it could be spot on for my (probably quite light) mix of commuting / recreational riding.

I'd be keen to come and have a look - can get to Clapham pretty easily. I'll fire you a PM.

  • Great, cheers Andy. Drop me a note and we'll arrange.

  • nice bike & reasonable price

  • SOLD to andyrp

Thanks to all for your interest!
