Wow. What did you get? We've been talking about doing that to boat kitten for a while.
Those tracks are amazing..
I got one of these
I reckon some of the data is a bit suspect though, the waypoints are 15 seconds apart (you can change this) There's no way he'd make it to Tesco's and back unless he took the car.
MOC is currently figuring out what to do with the raw data. I'm going to take it on my ride to work tomorrow, to see how it deals with a predefined route. Its about the size of an ipod shuffle and just slips on the wolf's collar - it comes with a 'harness' but I didn't want to subject the wolf to the embarassment and he's quite happy with it on his collar, it had a little silicon skin that it slips into, so I leave that on the collar and just slip the tracker out when i want to charge it or get the data off of it. Battery is dependant on how many waypoints you log. the software you get with it (windows only) will tell you an estimate for the battery depending on waypoint frequency (15sec gives you about 30 hours battery for example)
This is only a logger, so you wont get data until you get the device back. There are proper trackers on the same site - but they look a bit clunky.
I'm quite interested by the rf locator though. -

Long time no post. :)
My kittens are now not very kitteny.
This is one of those 'once in a lifetime' photos:
(From the left: TigerLily, Pamela Pootle (the autistic one that doesn't make eye contact), LittleBee and Smudge Arthur Philip Louis).
Best friends (no, really):

They have been, without doubt, an absolute lifeline these past months. :)

no offence meant, but that is a wierd looking photo !
the colour, the cat, the arm, looks like it could be from that film beowulf with the semi computerised characters / real actors

It is because I have photoshopped Matt Damon's face onto my own, for what reason exactly I am not quite sure.

Isn't that a toad? I'm sure spotter could spot the difference.

By jove, you may be right! It wasn't as slimy as other frogs I've handled and the markings are different from a common frog:

I'm quite interested by the rf locator though.
The cat pagers? Beep, and she comes running? Thats what I was looking at originally, until I discovered GPS. I want the realtime ones..
However, kittenface cant actually keep a collar on for more than a few days, so anything mounted on that isn't going to last long. Can I invent GPS cat implants? Would that be vegan?
My mum just took the best pictures of my dog ever:
