Yeah, there seemed to be a period where the QC wasn't as good/there.
I'm much the same in that I rarely return items (usually because I don't have to) but I sent back three items in a short space of time and wasn't 100% happy with a fourth.
However, the items I've bought recently are back to the original excellent quality.
