Came across a child driving

What shocked me more was not the kid driving but that it happened in Finchley. This beahviour is really not acceptable in this part of town I should have said.

I guess I should have phoned the OB but it's not my cup of tea.

Depends what your 'norms' or social parameters are, over in South London back in the day, kids were driving , and some 10 year olds had enough firearms to be classed as vertically challenged militia
