If I had phoned the police then would they really have bothered to turn up? Would I have had to hang around for ages when I wanted to get home myself. I don't think the mother was a responsible adult to be honest.
But yes I think I will report it to the police now and see what they say. It's likely they live in the road so maybe they can do something
