Here for sale is my Dave Lloyd Aluminium frameset. I've got too many bikes and am going on holiday so need the cash.
The frame is a late nineties build built by the guys at Argos Cycles. Its a road frame with internal cable routing and braze-ons. English bottom bracket, 27.2mm seatpost and vertical drops.
Forks are carbon 1". Didn't come with the frame but they fit.
I'm including with the sale a brand new cane creek threadless headset and brand new Thomson seat-post clip.
The frame is in good condition apart from on one of the rear drops. A small crack had started to form so I chipped the paint off to get a good look. Its a hairline crack about 4 mm long (see pic). I used an industrial epoxy resin to fuse the derailleur hanger across where it would have ran. This is then riveted on with the hanger bolt and the rear wheel when attached. I've been riding this for about a year no probs but understand it may be a concern to buyers.
ST: 60cm c-t (58cm c-c)
TT: 58cm c-c
As a result I'm selling the frame mega cheap. I'm after £100 for complete set.
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:

Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
