Freecycle: Unknown frame

Unknown frame with at least one working wheel, two tires and maybe some other pieces worth keeping. The rear derailleur got caught in the rear spokes and twisted the rear dropout out of place so would need work done before it could be ridden. The rear wheel may or may not be worth keeping around.
