For Sale: Peugeot PS10 size 57 -1978-

I am selling my PS10 which I brought from France 2 months ago. Unfortunately for me, my flatmates ran out of patience with my two Peugeot bikes in the corridor.

So, for those who don't know, the PS10 is one of those bikes which brought Peugeot at the top of the bike industry 40 years ago (before the downturn in the 80's). The PS10 was amongst the Peugeot Race and Competition range. It's quite amazing to see how fast and smooth is this bike.

The bike miss the front dérailleur. This means you can ride it and you can use the rear dérailleur.
I have the cable and the lever so it will be quite easy to install a front dérailleur. If it wasn't my flatmates hurrying me, I would probably have done it myself.
Apart from that the bike is fully functional and ready to go.

Is this not priced a little too high?

I bought the same frame as a fixed with a nice 3T stem, Ambrosio wheelset and running smoother than any other beater i've had - for £230

I also hesitated to turn it to a fixie and to sell the other parts separately (simplex gearset, rearwheel, mafac breakset). I didn't do it because the bike is really nice to ride how it is - and I already have a Peugeot fixie.
The reason why I bought this bike was especially that it was still fully equipped as in 1978 with every part tight and working.
Concerning the price, I am willing to negotiate if needed. Send me a PM if interested and willing to make a serious offer.

If I can sell my bike in time then I would definitely be interested :)
