The bike in question is a vintage circa 1963(ish) Armstrong path frame, 531 butted tubing, Nervex lugs white white lug lining, built in England.

Seat tube: 57.5 cm (c-t-c)
Top tube: 57 cm (c-t-c)
Seat post: 27.2
Spacing: 120 mm
