I'd hope not - it's a better racer than commuter. It can take mudguards and a rack though if you wanted to tour on it too.
Forgot to mention: I gave it a full service on Friday and installed new brake cables, outers, Koolstop Salmon brake shoes and bar tape. It's running extremely well.

£500 is an epic bargain for this people**: the 2013 version retails at £1100 and features pretty basic hoops in comparison to the Fulcrums. Get a bargain before it goes over to BikeRadar / eBay next week.
