No, kimpado, unknown tubing doesn't make it rare. But lack of info about this frame might. Couldn't find a concorde that looked anything like this.
Anyway hope someone has seen, had or found something that might identify the model or tubing.

Hello,
I've got a very rare CONCORDE frame-set for sale.
Made from unknown steel tubing with an aerodynamic down-tube and nice clean brazing.
Beautiful painted graphics - all original covered with lacquer, no stickers.
Would be great if someone could help identify this concorde or at least the tube-set. I'd say it's in really good condition.
Frame slightly used - no major scratches and no dings. Some damage from mounting the front derailleur and some lacquer has come off on the top-tube.
Not sure if the fork is original cause of slight color difference.
Seat tube: 55cm c-c (59cm c-t)
Top tube: 57cm c-c
Head tube: 21cm
O.L.D.: 130mm
BB thread: British ISO
Seat post: 26,8mm
