Not sure if anyones mentioned it, apologies if this has been covered elsewhere - Tour de France fan park starts next Monday at Wood Wharf, 5 mins walk from Canary Wharf station. Should be excellent spot for watching outdoors on a pretty jumbo screen and you have the added delights of sampling cracking grub such as Buttermilk fried chicken from my van, Spit & Roast.
