Wheels in the pic are for sale, they are Harry Rowland aswell, but the back hub needs rethreading, or a reaally good lockring (Dura-Ace are good I had one)
I will post pics when I grab the wheels, left em at a mates before we went away. -

Finally got this to work.
Added more detailed photos of the split for EddyOHS and whoever else wanted to see. Also called Harry Rowland and found out about tubing, it's Vitus Tubing of some sort.
The split in the seat tube is fixable I believe, I have attached a picture of my new frame which has a hole already drilled in so it doesn't split, and as you can see, the hole is almost as low down as the split goes, so if you got it professionally drilled, I reckon it'd be fine. If not you could take it to someone who does brazing and see what they can do.
Finally, I added some better photos of the wheels, will get one of the threading on the hub when I take the cog off but am in a rush, so can't be done now.
Thanks.

Dibs for a friend. But before that could someone (other than seller :)) confirm that that seat post crack is an easy fix and nothing to be worried about? Thanks

my friend would be interested in the whole bike also. Would you be able to tell me if you're willing to ship to Dublin, and how much that would cost. Thanks

I would rather do a meetup than ship, as shipping a frame is something I haven't done before, probably a fair bit on top I'll get a quote as I'm posting something tomorrow.

Still available albeit a lot of time wasted.
Here I have my old Harry O bike.
I'm selling this as Frame+Forks+BB+Stem, or as a full bike minus the crankset (parts arn't amazing), and also the wheels are for sale.
Couple scratches and things, clearly needs a good clean with some white spirit and maybe re-branding/spraying.
Size 55CM Top Tube
53CM Seat Tube
68mm Threaded Bottom Bracket
Very good steel frame, hand built I believe, lovely ride, good at entry level, I believe it is made out of Vitus Tubing.
I have not got much information on this frame, but you can email Harry Rowland himself, he has a website.
Got it off a mate a while ago with some worser parts on it.
Spec:
Harry Rowland 55cm Track Frame + Forks
Campagnolo Record Headset
Sturmey Archer Quill Stem
Unidentified BB
Unidentified Drop Downs
Bianchi Selle Italia Seat in Celeste Green
Harry Rowland Hand Built Track wheels, Suzue Track Hubs, Unknown spokes(not bladed) and Unknown Mavic Rims.(They don't come with cog, tyres or tubes, was in a rush)
I found that the top of the seat tube has a small split, pic below.
Price(s)
Frame+Forks+Headset+BB£110
Wheels Alone:£70
Full Bike Minus Crankset(see picture below): £170
If you want to offer on the other stuff (Mainly old parts) you can, not expecting much at all for them, only throwing them in to get the buyer started on the bike.
First with sqwolla/cashish/bread/money gets it.
If you're interested in a trade, show me what you've got.
Collect from SE23, shipping; will give you a quote for royal mail + you pay shipping.
