**Texturized vegetable protein. The wife is vegetarian so we cook vegetarian in the house. I was raised on a hippy commune so hence the hippieness of the meal. I will probably make a salad too and put nutritional yeast all over it. Its good that way If you like nutritional yeast which I do. Hella much.
