Who's going to be the first to get one of these and start printing double capped mallets?

That does look cool as fuck but I bet a mallet head would break quicker than a light shaft.

I am obsessed with 3D printing right now. All SS14 yo!

You can use the same material that heads are currently made from and it will have exactly the same strength as currently manufactured heads (theoretically stronger in fact)

For realz? Sign me up for some, then sell me less than that when I realise the cost, maybe one.

Will I score more theoretical goals? They're the ones I'm best at, but there's always room for improvement.

Malaysian Airlines finally got my bike to me in Oz, little scratch on the downtube but other than that everything seems to be fine...
Pissing down with rain here in Redcliffe today so will have to take it out for a test drive tomorrow, may have to hit Brissy for throw-ins... Can't wait to see those kids...
-
• #1534
How much did it cost you to bring the bike, Joe?
-
• #1535
Nothing! I got a 30kg allowance with Malaysian Airlines, only used 26.5kg including all my other clothes/pads etc... :)

Joe, send mine and Therese’s love to the Brissy polo family. We had such great fun with those guys.

Will do! Should be seeing Baby Jamie, Dom, Jordy, Rob et al tomorrow... Woot!

I'm don't know. 3D printers currently build objects up in mm thick layers. Meaning the structure is linear and more likely to be brittle.

Depends how accurately you can control the temperature of the layers as they're laid down.

If you overheat UHMW-PE, the longer chains break down so it's just HDPE.

TBH it was a stalemate mostly: players sitting at home waiting for other players to leave the house. I liked using it to see when I hadn't been invited to the pub though.
