Of course it does. Have you never drunk a beer or a glass of whisky, looked the love of your life in the eyes, eaten a steak or held your child in your arms (in no particular order) and thought to yourself... Perfect, I wouldn't change a thing.
The fact that beauty/perfection is in the eye of the beholder is a different matter.
In any event, at least 90 percent of the bikes posted in this thread really belong in a "I really like, sooo nice, dat frame, my next project etc. etc. etc. or something along those lines.
