I get your logic, but personally I'd keep the cranks, seatpost and headset. Then black stem, silver bars, black tape, and sliver wheels.

it's all about costs though.

i'm going to get some cheap 2nd hand wheels for the Gangsta and use money from sales to do that and but some wee bits for this...
