That ohana fixed video is an absolute joke.... Why the fuck did they feel the need to film themselves having their photos taken?
EXACTLY this.
And interestingly enough the relevant #...
I mean after reading the last page an a bit last night I then found myself wondering where I stand in the mist of these current hashtags?!
#Deathtoallroadies being my current favourite obviously...
...But then these guys have fixed gear bikes, blinged up to the max but just use them as accessories for Nuts magazine etc. The death to all bell ends nonsense doesn't apply to them but then they don't ride there bikes do they?!? ARGH CSB yes...
Where's Andy panflake when you need him... I just don't understand. HOW CAN I BE COOL BUT STILL BE CONSIDERED A RIDER! WHERE DO I FIT IN!?

We need to film a new LSF/North Race video... no posing, just riding... maybe a little dinking.
I'll continue to ride all sorts of bikes and love it, I think that is the best approach.
I don't care for all this elitist bullshit, there are plenty of roadie douche bags, and plenty of fixie douche bags... What's important is the riders that have passion for their discipline/disciplines, ride and enjoy it.
I'm going out to do 60 miles on the MTB today... I mean, riding fixed is like eating steak, and man, I love steak, I really love steak, but do I want to eat it every day?
Pigeon holing yourself to one type of cycling is just demonstrating narrow-mindedness.

Not for now, just going to clean it up and replace everything.
Anyone know the deal with stripping paint on a carbon frame? The paint is a decent metallic black, but has lots of little bubbles all over ): will look tidy once those shite decals are removed and replaced, but not perfect.

It's different for everyone. If you don't think I have ridden road bikes / mtb's / BMX / Cruiser bikes then this is the narrow mindedness.
I arrived at my current fixed equation through the process of elimination.
Just because I don't like anything but riding fixed, it does not mean that everyone else has to do the same.I'm overly passionate about fixed because it is the one for me. When you find something you are overly passionate about, then you can say the same.
I don't hate roadies, I'll just never be one and I know this.

Give it to armourtex, they can wet paint now. Just had my Louis Garneau frame and carbon fork painted. Don't put any chemical on to strip the carbon it will affect the bonding resin.

... and why crack on about gears on here, and #deathtoroadies etc? This is extremely narrow minded, you are trying to push your opinions on others. No point trying to argue it, or talk around it. Just get on with riding your bike and let others do the same.

No point painting it until the exisiting, bubbling paint has been removed, hence my question about removing paint from carbon.

Seriously. Put me on ignore if you don't like to read what I write.
Why crack on about gears on here... you are retarded.

That's why I suggested armourtex. They specialize in stripping paint from carbon....

I don't have anyone on ignore, I don't plan on starting now.
Why crack on about gears here? Because this site is a hub for people that enjoy all types of cycling, inside and outside of London and the UK, at one point brought together by their love of fixed gear. Why do you have such an issue with that?
Your retard!
