  • Morning, I used to suffer both, then went to see a nutritionist. I had some gaps (mainly green foods) in my diet. I added in loads of green vegetable and over (or what seemed like) a short period of time my hayfever and any skin blotching went, and has stayed away for 2 years. Keep a food diary for a week and see if you can add anything to it.

    Cheers, will have a think. My GFs a bit of a foodie though so she takes care of most things; I always feel a bit guilty when I offer her 'suggestions'... she already does a good line in home-made protein bars.
