Wait till it arrives and look at the level of rust and check for other damage. If the guy broke the seat post then he was probably giving the frame some welly!
If it looks kosher with easily removable surface rust, then yes you got a bargain.
Also, put it on the Russell Hobbs kitchen scales to weigh it, subtract weight of headset + BB then you might be able to judge whether it's really 753 or not.
