I'd pick a target time, just to give yourself a focus, and if you're running 15k already you've got a great base to work from.
I think from memory Hal Higdon has a good training plan for a half, depending on your time commitments..
Follow that and I would have thought 2 hours would be within reach, possibly even faster!
